I chose Ramada for its proximity to downtown West Palm Beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful customer service agents who provided great assistance. The complimentary buffet breakfast at Zaras Jazz Cafe and Lounge was a delightful way to start the day.
Poor front desk service.

Our experience at this hotel was decent considering its budget-friendly nature. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it provided all the necessary amenities we needed, such as an ironing board and a refrigerator. The location was convenient, especially for those with early morning flights, as it was very close to the airport.
We encountered a few issues during our stay. The AC in our room was leaking, which resulted in a wet carpet.

i had a great experience at ramada. the front desk ladies were excellent, cheerful, and kind. the hotel is in amazing condition after the renovation. the bed was comfortable and clean, with great pillows. the hotel has a good location, near I-95 and many restaurants. the room had a refrigerator and microwave.
